Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1600 AED per month
Experience: 1 year of experience preferred

Job Description:
We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff in order to ensure the smooth operation of our business. The Supervisor must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an ability to work independently. Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members according to established policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations to ensure that all employees are working in a safe environment.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain records of employee attendance, performance, and other related data.
