Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and development of our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing recruitment, selection, onboarding and training process for new employees;
• Developing and implementing HR policies;
• Maintaining comprehensive employee records;
• Assessing training needs;
• Managing employee performance reviews;
• Conducting employee surveys and analyzing results;
• Developing compensation systems;
• Advising on disciplinary procedures;
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role;
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UAE;
• Working knowledge of payroll systems and procedures;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
