Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including budgeting, staffing, customer service, menu planning and execution, marketing and promotion efforts. The successful candidate will ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. They should possess strong operational skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position also requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized and detail-oriented. Additionally, they should have a strong knowledge of food safety regulations as well as the financial aspects of running a restaurant.

Requirements:
• Previous experience managing a busy restaurant;
• Proven leadership abilities;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Good knowledge of food safety regulations;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of computer systems for payroll management, inventory tracking and customer billing;
• Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred but not required.
