Restaurant Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a restaurant manager, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for providing top quality food and service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure effective operations of the restaurant.
- Create and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Monitor day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets and financial records for the restaurant.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management preferred.
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
