Job Title: Security Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1400 AED/Month

The Security Manager will be responsible for the overall security of the premises and ensure a safe and secure environment for all personnel. This position is based in Abu-Dhabi, UAE and offers a salary of 1400 AED/Month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor the safety and security of the premises, ensuring that all personnel follow safety regulations.
• Investigate any incidents or complaints received and maintain records of investigations.
• Manage access control systems, CCTV systems, alarms and other security systems to ensure that they are functioning properly.
• Develop security plans to protect personnel, assets, property and other resources from theft or damage.
• Develop emergency response protocols for various scenarios such as fires, medical emergencies or suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner according to established protocols.
• Prepare reports on security issues, incidents or breaches of protocol.
• Train personnel on safety practices and procedures as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the UAE is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of security systems such as access control systems, CCTV systems and alarm systems is preferred but not required.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations is essential .
• Excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities is required .
