Security Manager – Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate headquarters. Job Description:
The primary role of the Security Manager is to develop, implement, maintain and monitor security policies, procedures and systems in compliance with local regulations. The Security Manager will conduct risk assessment audits and advise senior management on matters related to security. He/She will also provide guidance and support to subordinates in order to ensure the safety of personnel onsite.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a security manager or equivalent
• Knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV systems, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
