Responsibilities:

The Manager will be responsible for monitoring staff performance and ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner. They will need to develop strategies that can help the business reach its goals, as well as maintain quality control procedures. Additionally, they will be required to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, oversee budgeting and financial planning processes, analyze data to identify areas of improvement, and develop relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field along with 5+ years of experience in a managerial role. They should have excellent communication skills along with strong analytical abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions quickly. The ability to work independently while still managing multiple projects simultaneously is also essential for this position. An understanding of Abu Dhabi culture is preferred but not required.
