Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the company. Responsibilities
• Developing job descriptions and job specifications
• Identifying potential candidates through various sources such as job portals, social media networks, online databases etc.
• Screening resumes and applications
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications • Making recommendations on candidate selection
• Following up with candidates during the selection process

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks etc.

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
