We are seeking a hard-working and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, overseeing the development of sales strategies, and increasing overall sales performance.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. They must have experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to ensure that customer needs are met. Furthermore, they must be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to achieve desired targets.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, along with at least five years of experience in sales management. Knowledge of the local market is highly desirable for this role.

Duties include developing and managing key accounts, formulating mid-term and long-term sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, monitoring customer feedback and trends, setting goals for the sales team, providing product training to team members, overseeing day-to-day operations of the department such as forecasting demand and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, the Sales Manager will manage budgets effectively while making sure that all operations are carried out with efficiency and accuracy.

We offer a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month along with other benefits for this position. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role but they must have valid visas before applying.
