Salary: 1100 AED

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to work in our company in Abu-Dhabi. The role requires a motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage staff and resources efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort environment. We are ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff and operations of the hotel/resort, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene;
• Ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned to a high standard;
• Ensure that all public areas are kept clean and presentable;
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials;
• Maintain records of staff attendance and performance;
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures;
• Train new employees on housekeeping duties;
• Handle guest complaints regarding housekeeping service.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel/resort environment; • Excellent communication skills; • Good organizational skills; • Ability to lead, motivate and manage staff efficiently.
