Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position offers a salary of 1400 and is open to both local and foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the property are kept clean and tidy at all times. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness are maintained.

Responsibilities include:
• Supervising housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, motivating and providing feedback
• Ensuring that all cleaning products and equipment meet safety standards
• Creating and implementing housekeeping policies
• Inspecting guest rooms and common areas regularly to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Responding promptly to guest requests or complaints
• Keeping track of inventory levels of supplies needed for housekeeping operations
• Developing new strategies to improve efficiency and quality of service.

We are looking for an organized individual with excellent leadership skills who can provide direction to a team in order to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property. Previous experience in a housekeeping management role is preferred but not required. Candidates must be highly detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
