Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and oversee the construction of a wide range of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry and be able to take on challenging projects with a high level of professionalism. The successful applicant will be offered a salary of 900 per month.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assess project plans for feasibility and safety, and develop project plans as necessary
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders during the planning phase
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to budget, timeline, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites and manage site staff & resources
• Resolve conflicts that arise with contractors or other stakeholders during construction
• Ensure that all necessary permits are acquired prior to commencing work on projects
• Provide regular reports on project progress to the relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with relevant government authorities for approval of works.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar field is preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in a managerial role in the construction industry is essential
• Proven track record in successfully delivering large scale projects on time & within budget
• Excellent knowledge of building systems, building codes & regulations
• Outstanding problem solving skills & strong leadership capabilities
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
