Job Description:

We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the construction of large-scale projects. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and work independently.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from concept to completion, including planning, estimating costs, scheduling resources, managing personnel and subcontractors, monitoring and tracking progress and ensuring that deadlines are met. Additionally, they must ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or an equivalent field; excellent communication skills; previous experience as a Construction Manager or Project Manager; knowledge of building codes; and a valid driver’s license. We are open to consider an immigrant for this position with a salary of 1100 AED per month.
