The responsibilities for this role include providing diagnosis, treatment and preventive care services for patients; carrying out physical examinations; ordering laboratory tests; taking medical histories; referring patients to specialists; writing medical reports; educating patients on health matters; maintaining patient records; providing advice on lifestyle changes; administering medications; conducting research related activities; participating in continuing education activities and performing other duties as assigned by the team leader or supervisor.
