Surveyor (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the field of surveying and construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering data, performing surveys, analyzing results, and preparing reports.

The ideal candidate should have an engineering degree from a recognized institution and at least three years of experience in the field of surveying or construction. A valid driver’s license is also required. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. The ability to speak Arabic is an advantage but not required.

The Surveyor will be responsible for:
• Performing surveys on residential, commercial, or industrial properties
• Collecting data using various instruments such as GPS receivers, total stations, digital levels, etc.
• Analyzing data collected from surveys
• Preparing reports based on survey results
• Carrying out site inspections
• Providing advice on land use planning and development
• Ensuring that all survey work meets technical standards and regulations
• Participating in meetings with clients or other professionals
• Keeping up-to-date with developments in the surveying profession
• Maintaining accurate records of survey work done
