Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1100 SAR/month

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation. You will be expected to manage the staff and ensure that everyone is working safely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of hygiene.

We are open to considering candidates from abroad with minimal work experience. As an Executive Chef, you must have excellent technical cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines and ingredients. You should also have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor your team. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills as well as a good understanding of cost control systems.

Responsibilities:
• Develop menus in collaboration with other members of the kitchen staff
• Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen, such as menu planning, food preparation, purchasing, storage, sanitation, and inventory control
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presented in a timely manner
• Train new staff members on proper food handling techniques
• Monitor stock levels and order ingredients as needed
• Maintain accurate records of food costs and other operational expenses
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained according to health & safety regulations
• Monitor portion sizes to ensure consistent quality throughout all dishes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar position in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques related to various cuisines (i.e., Italian, French, Fusion)
• Excellent understanding of different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to stay organized under pressure while adhering to strict health & safety standards
• Good communication skills with strong leadership capabilities
