Restaurant Manager, Dubai - 1200 AED/Month

We are looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED/month. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. You will be required to manage the restaurant's day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, managing budgets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.

Specifically, you will be expected to:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure all areas are properly staffed
• Manage the staff team and take appropriate steps to motivate them
• Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Monitor expenses to ensure they stay within budget
• Implement customer service initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor food preparation techniques, portion sizes, and garnishing of food to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the restaurant at all times
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist in resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
