Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1700 AED per month
Position Summary
We are searching for a motivated and creative Restaurant Manager to manage and lead our restaurant in Dubai. The successful applicant will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including personnel management, customer service, inventory control, menu planning and ordering. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to build positive relationships with customers, staff and suppliers. They must also have the ability to maintain high standards of quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Hire, train and manage staff according to company policies and procedures
• Develop menu items according to customer preferences and budget constraints
• Create promotional materials for special events or promotions
• Create schedules for staff members while ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and other supplies while ensuring that orders are placed on time to avoid any delays in service delivery
• Establish performance goals for staff while providing feedback on performance level achieved
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to complaints or inquiries by phone or email

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required
• At least 1 year of experience managing a restaurant is strongly preferred • Possess strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate others • Must be organized with excellent problem solving abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
