Job Description:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with experience in managing multiple restaurants and overseeing the operations of a large, busy restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring all staff members are trained and knowledgeable about food safety regulations.

The Restaurant Manager will be required to develop business strategies to increase customer satisfaction, coordinate daily operations, identify customer needs and implement strategies to meet them. In addition, the Restaurant Manager must have excellent communication skills, as well as an ability to manage personnel and resources efficiently. The successful candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and be able to motivate employees.

Responsibilities:
• Develop business strategies to increase customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and all other relevant regulations
• Create staff schedules and ensure there is adequate staffing coverage at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
• Oversee the preparation of food items according to standards set by the restaurant
• Train new staff members on proper food safety techniques and procedures
• Handle customer complaints in an efficient manner
• Maintain records of employee performance and manage disciplinary actions when necessary

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Previous experience managing a restaurant of similar size preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations • Outstanding organizational skills with an eye for detail • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Proven leadership abilities with strong problem-solving skills
