Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the restaurant industry and must be able to work with diverse staff members and customers. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, developing menus, managing staff schedules, and ensuring operational effectiveness. You will also ensure all health and safety standards are met and maintained. In addition, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely manner while promoting the company's brand.
