Job Description:
• Lead the restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service is provided
• Manage the kitchen staff, ensuring food safety guidelines are followed
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, such as staffing levels, ordering supplies, etc.
• Develop new menu items and promotions to attract customers
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management preferred • 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role • Proven history of successfully managing a restaurant team • Excellent leadership qualities • Knowledgeable in food safety regulations
