Job Description:
As an accountant at our organization, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial management including bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting. Your role will involve working closely with other staff members in order to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data. You will also be responsible for preparing documents such as invoices, statements and payroll records. Additionally, you may be required to provide assistance with special projects or audits as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years experience in an accounting role
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word & Excel) & accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)

- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation & reporting purposes
- Effective problem solving & organizational skills

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
