We are looking for a qualified and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, operating, troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of machines. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and have a thorough knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.

The Machine Operator will be required to:

• Monitor the performance of machines on a regular basis. Perform preventive maintenance checks and repairs as necessary.
• Record all data related to machine performance such as production levels, downtime, etc.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with safety regulations.
• Train other staff members on the proper use of machines and equipment as needed.
• Read and understand technical manuals related to machines and equipment used in the workplace.
• Troubleshoot any issues with machines or equipment as they arise, reporting major issues to supervisors or other personnel as required.
• Ensure all production times are met in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
• Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient operation of machinery throughout the production process.

The successful applicant must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills as well as strong communication skills both written and verbal. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 per month for this position with an opportunity for further growth within our organization for the right candidate.
