Position: Sommelier
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1600 AED per month
Benefits: Accommodation and meals provided

We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is passionate about wine, has a strong knowledge of viticulture and oenology, and has excellent customer service skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the wine selection at our restaurant. This includes selecting new wines to add to the list, ensuring proper storage of wines, providing pairing advice to customers, and training staff on wine service. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing tastings and special events related to wine.

To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a sommelier in a luxury hotel or restaurant; you must also have a good understanding of different grape varieties and regions. An advanced qualification such as WSET Level 3 or higher is preferred but not required. We are also willing to consider applications from immigrants.
