Job Summary:
We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant should be highly motivated, with a passion for customer service and a strong interest in food and beverage preparation. This role requires the ability to work a flexible shift pattern, including nights and weekends. The pay rate is 1700 per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants who may not have extensive work experience in this field.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Barista will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, as well as food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and salads. They will take orders from customers, interact with them in a friendly manner, and answer any questions they may have about menu items or store policies. Additional duties include maintaining the cleanliness of the store by wiping tables, collecting dishes, taking out the trash, restocking supplies when needed, and counting out cash drawers at the end of each shift.

Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking various tasks at once such as taking orders from customers, preparing their beverages or food items according to instructions, ringing up their purchases on the cash register correctly, and cleaning up after customers have left the store. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; however basic knowledge of coffee drinks such as cappuccinos and lattes is desirable. The ability to work well with others as part of a team is also essential in this role
