Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating amazing dishes and be able to lead others in the kitchen. We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 for the right candidate, and we are willing to consider immigrants.

Job Responsibilities
The Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including supervising and training staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and developing creative menus using fresh ingredients. Other responsibilities include managing inventory, ordering supplies, minimizing food wastage, and developing cost-effective recipes that adhere to company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
To qualify for this position, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen role. Experience in menu planning and cost control is preferred. The successful applicant should also have an excellent understanding of food safety procedures and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. In addition, strong communication skills are essential as you will be working with both customers and staff. A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not necessary.
