Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land, building, and other structures to determine their dimensions, positions, and measurements. The salary for this position is 1000 per month. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Demands for the Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques; the ability to read plans; strong mathematical skills; excellent communication skills; good problem-solving skills; excellent organizational skills; the ability to work independently or as part of a team; and experience using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, robotic total stations, lasers, etc. Additionally, the candidate should have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Knowledge of laws related to property ownership
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD programs
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in surveying

Duties

• Conduct surveys on land plots using survey tools and equipment such as levels, total stations, GPS systems and robotic total stations
• Interpret survey plans and read maps accurately
• Prepare detailed reports on findings from surveys
• Determine legal boundaries between properties using boundary law principles
• Investigate boundary disputes between neighboring properties
