Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team at a restaurant in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, preparing drinks and meals, serving customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare drinks and meals according to restaurant standards
• Serve customers with promptness and accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area including tables, chairs, floors etc.
• Monitor stock levels of supplies such as food items, beverages, condiments etc.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with billing process as required

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress at least 1 year in a similar setting
• Good knowledge of menu items (ingredients & preparation methods)
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors/managers closely
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Flexible working hours
