Requirements:
• Proven experience as a chef, with at least 2 years of professional cooking experience
• Fluency in English both spoken and written
• High level of creativity and understanding of various cooking techniques
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• An immigrant may be considered for this position.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals according to standard recipes, setting up kitchen equipment, controlling food costs, ordering supplies, maintaining safety/sanitation standards, training new kitchen staff members, developing menus with other chefs, completing other duties as assigned by the Head Chef. The chef is also expected to provide input on dishes that could potentially become part of our menu.
