Job Title: Secretary
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 1700
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the organization by performing clerical and secretarial duties. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be able to multitask. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a professional environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum work experience of 1 year in an administrative role
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Good command of English language both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to adapt quickly and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of office management systems/procedures is preferred
• Must have a valid UAE residence permit (for immigrants)
