As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing care to elderly patients by administering medication, helping them with daily activities, monitoring their health condition and providing emotional support. You will also be required to create individual care plans based on each patient's needs, keep records up to date and maintain the highest standards of care at all times. Additionally, you may be asked to assist with grocery shopping or transportation if needed.
