Job Title: Physiotherapist

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy, Physical Therapy or related field
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Ability to assess and diagnose physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
• Ability to develop treatment plans for physical rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Ready to consider an immigrant
• No experience necessary

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient’s condition through patient interviews and physical examinations.
• Identify the patient’s problem areas and develop a treatment plan accordingly.
• Administer therapeutic treatments including stretching exercises, manual therapy, heat, cold, electricity, ultrasound etc.
• Monitor patient progress during the course of therapy.
• Educate patients on how to prevent or improve their conditions through exercise, ergonomics or other therapies.
• Provide advice on lifestyle changes that may benefit the patient’s condition.
