Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 1700 AED per month

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of baking techniques and its related tools. A successful candidate must be creative and able to follow instructions precisely. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Create innovative pastry recipes that will appeal to customers’ taste buds
- Decorate pastries and other desserts with edible garnishes and icings
- Bake high quality breads, cakes, pies, cookies, cupcakes, muffins etc.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients to ensure freshness of the baked products
- Manage baking staff, assign duties and check the quality of their work
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with health regulations

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience as a pastry chef or in a related field
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques such as mixing ingredients, kneading dough etc.
- Ability to manage baking staff efficiently
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
