Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bartender or similar role in a bar/restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of customer service, mixology techniques and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Duties:
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for customers, following standard recipes.
• Serve wine, beer and other beverages as required.
• Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, making recommendations and answering questions regarding drinks/wine list.
• Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary items (e.g., beer, wine, spirits) and ensure proper storage of liquor, beer bottles etc..
• Ensure cleanliness of bar area at all times by clearing away used glasses/bottles etc..
• Receive payments from customers for drinks served.
