Looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and motivating staff, maintaining high standards of service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The primary focus of the role will be to manage staff, monitor daily operations, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. The Supervisor will also be expected to analyze business performance against objectives, develop strategies for improvement, and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time. A strong emphasis will be placed on developing positive relationships with staff members in order to build a culture of trust and collaboration.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory position, excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service excellence, and the ability to lead by example. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role. The salary offered is 1600 per month.
