We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

The main responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager include, but are not limited to: overseeing the recruitment process, developing strategies to attract top talent, preparing job descriptions and job postings, conducting interviews and selecting candidates, managing employee relations issues, and providing guidance on employee policies and procedures. The HR Manager should also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee data such as performance reviews and salary information. Additionally, they should have strong interpersonal skills for communicating with all levels of management regarding personnel matters.

We expect the ideal candidate to have an understanding of general HR principles, as well as experience in a similar role. The successful applicant should have excellent organizational skills; be able to multitask efficiently; possess strong problem-solving abilities; and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required. We will consider candidates with minimal work experience who demonstrate the necessary attributes for this position.
