Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position entails a salary of 1700 and we are open to considering foreign applicants. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires.

Job Duties:
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and interview applicants
• Follow up with selected candidates throughout the selection process
• Negotiate salary packages with new hires
• Maintain relationships with potential future recruits
• Develop relationships with recruiters, universities and other organizations to source potential employees
• Assess applicants’ skills, qualifications, experience and other data points to evaluate fit for roles
• Provide reports on recruitment activity as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role (no experience required for this position)
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an asset
• Familiarity with labor legislation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
