Recruiter – Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1200
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting the right candidates for various open positions within the organization. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job postings, networking, social media and other recruitment activities
• Develop recruiting strategies and assess applicants’ qualifications
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate potential candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and legislation
• Provide follow-up assistance during the onboarding process

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimal work experience required (1-2 years of recruiting/human resources experience preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to human resources management
