Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1500 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from identifying candidates to selecting the best fit for the company. Duties include, but are not limited to, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, creating job postings, and conducting referencing checks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as they will be engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR related fields, including knowledge of current labor laws and regulations. They should also be organized and have a proactive approach to problem solving. Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferable but not essential.
