Job Summary:
We are looking for a Florist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique flower arrangements, selecting the most suitable flowers and foliage for each arrangement, and taking care of the plants. The job requires someone who is creative, passionate about flowers, and has good customer service skills. The salary is 1700 AED per month, and we are open to considering applicants without prior experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Florist will be responsible for designing eye-catching floral arrangements that meet the customer’s requirements. This includes selecting the right type of flowers and foliage, arranging them in a pleasing way, ensuring proper presentation of the arrangement as well as maintaining freshness of the flowers throughout its life span. Additionally, they must ensure that all tools and materials used are kept in good condition and properly stored away when not in use. They must be able to respond to customer queries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications & Experience:
We are looking for an individual with a creative flair who can demonstrate strong attention to detail when creating floral arrangements. Good organizational skills are essential as well as an understanding of different types of flowers and foliage available in Abu Dhabi. Experience in floristry or customer service is desired but not essential; however, we would expect any successful applicant to have some knowledge of flower care techniques such as watering, pruning etc., or be willing to learn quickly on the job.
