Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1000 AED

We are looking for a capable and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of sales activities in order to meet or exceed customer service and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to reach target audiences.
• Monitor daily sales performance against established targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Monitor sales staff performance, provide guidance and training where necessary, conduct regular staff meetings to ensure team is up-to-date on any new developments or changes in the business.
• Establish relationships with potential customers through networking events, trade shows etc., to generate leads for new business opportunities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on sales progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is preferred but not necessarily required.
• At least five years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role; experience working in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work independently with minimum supervision is essential.
• Proven ability to lead a team of sales professionals; ability to motivate team members and drive results is preferred.
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are beneficial).
