Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 1400 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving a sales strategy for the company in order to achieve maximum sales growth. The Sales Manager will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills in order to motivate and lead the sales team.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in a similar role, as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. They must also be able to multitask and work independently when needed. This position is open to both UAE nationals and immigrants, regardless of experience level.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies in order to increase company revenue

- Setting individual sales targets with team members, monitoring their progress, and providing feedback

- Analyzing customer data and market trends in order to identify new business opportunities

- Building relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service

- Coordinating with other departments within the organization (marketing, finance etc.) in order to ensure all goals are met

- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports on sales activities for senior management review

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field

- Proven track record of success in a similar role

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

- Ability to multitask & work independently when needed

- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
