Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day housekeeping operations in the hotel. This includes overseeing staff, cleaning and maintenance duties, and ensuring a high standard of quality is maintained. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 and are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily housekeeping operations in the hotel including scheduling staff shifts, assigning duties, and monitoring performance.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained at appropriate levels.
• Train new housekeeping staff on job duties, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas on a regular basis to ensure cleanliness standards are being met.
• Respond to guests’ complaints or special requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operations.
• Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies such as linens, towels, etc., and order new supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience working as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor in a hotel environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively.
• Good communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts quickly and diplomatically.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operations is essential.
• Proficiency with computer software such as MS Office Suite is preferred.
