Job Description:

• Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate parts or tools by turning, milling, drilling, or grinding metal, plastic, or other materials according to specifications.
• Ensure that all machines are maintained in good condition by performing routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Follow safety protocols when operating CNC machines according to established guidelines.
• Provide accurate documentation of production processes and results.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in CNC programming is preferred.
• Previous experience working with CNC machines in an industrial setting is highly desired.
• Knowledge of metalworking processes such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding is essential.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately is essential.
• Excellent problem solving skills are required to troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the operation of CNC machines.
