Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the construction of our new project. The salary offered is 1800. We are open to consider an immigrant for this position provided they meet the required qualifications and experience for this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the construction of our new project from start to finish. Specifically, you will be expected to: Oversee the entire construction process; review plans; supervise personnel; ensure compliance with safety regulations; manage budgets; coordinate schedules; analyze project data and prepare reports; monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the project; communicate with subcontractors/suppliers/clients throughout the process; ensure quality control measures are met at all stages of the project etc.

Required Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in architecture or engineering along with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in a similar role such as Construction Manager or Site Manager/Supervisor. Furthermore you should have excellent organizational skills as well as good knowledge of safety regulations/standards in construction sites. We would prefer applicants who are computer literate with good command over MS Office applications such as Word, Excel etc., however this is not mandatory.
