Job Summary
This is a great opportunity to join a professional team of surveyors in Doha. We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team with an attractive salary of 1000 per month, open to foreigners.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct surveys to determine positional measurements of physical features on the ground and in relation to other features.
• Prepare maps, charts and diagrams using information gathered from surveys and other sources.
• Measure distances between points using instruments such as total stations or EDM equipment.
• Collect data from the field regarding soil type, elevations and other features that may be useful for planning projects.
• Analyze survey data and create reports that accurately reflect the findings of the survey.
• Ensure all surveying operations are completed according to applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor progress of project work in order to ensure accuracy and timeliness of completion.
• Ensure that all safety standards are met during surveying operations at all times.

Required Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Must possess a valid license for surveying in Qatar or equivalent international certification as required by local authorities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Surveyor is mandatory; additional experience is preferred but not essential.

Desired Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and principles; including Total Station, EDM techniques etc.
• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software programs such as Autocad or ArcGIS is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work effectively with different departments within the organization as well as with external stakeholders such as contractors, suppliers etc.
• Ability to interpret technical data accurately and draw sound conclusions from it.
