Business Manager – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. This position will be responsible for the overall management of our business operations. The manager will be the key point of contact between the executive team and any external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong leadership and decision-making skills, as well as a working knowledge of the local market and regulations.

Job Description:
The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing all business operations, including customer service, sales, finance, human resources, marketing and administration. They will manage the day-to-day running of the business by setting goals and objectives in line with company strategy while ensuring that performance is monitored against targets set. The manager will also provide guidance to staff; develop and implement policies; ensure that legal requirements are met; oversee budgeting; coordinate brand strategies; analyze data to identify trends or opportunities; maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as suppliers and vendors; ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements; participate in strategic planning sessions; provide regular progress reports to executive team members; and build a productive working environment for employees.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not essential. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate staff towards achieving objectives. They should also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong problem solving capabilities. An understanding of local market conditions is also highly desirable along with proficiency in MS Office applications. Fluency in English is essential while knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role who meet all other criteria requirements.
