Job Description and Responsibilities: The Executive Chef is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, safety, nutrition and flavor in all dishes prepared throughout the kitchen operations while adhering to company policies and applicable laws & regulations. He/She will oversee all aspects of the kitchen’s operations including menu planning, food costing & pricing, inventory control, food preparation & presentation techniques as well as staff management & training duties. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for creating innovative menus that will attract customers while staying within budget constraints by monitoring sales trends on existing menus items as well as the implementation of new recipes & products where appropriate.
