Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1800 SAR/month

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, providing accurate information about the property and maintaining records related to the surveys.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting land surveys to identify boundaries, elevations, locations, and other characteristics of the property.
• Utilizing GPS systems, total stations, and other surveying equipment to accurately measure properties.
• Examining legal documents related to the survey such as deeds, plats, and contracts.
• Preparing detailed reports on results of surveys including maps and drawings.
• Providing accurate information regarding the property for public records or private use.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of all survey activities including diagrams and measurements.
• Following applicable safety guidelines when working onsite.
• Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations related to surveying work in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of surveying instrumentation such as GPS systems and total stations is preferred but not required. • Ability to read maps and understand legal documents associated with land surveys is preferred but not required. • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail in all aspects of work activities. • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time is essential. • We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role as long as they have minimal work experience as a land surveyor or similar role in their home country.
