Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in survey work and should be comfortable using the latest surveying technology. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a surveyor
• Proficiency with surveying equipment such as GPS, Total Station, and Digital Level
• Ability to interpret survey plans and maps accurately
• Solid knowledge of geospatial concepts and data collection methods
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
• Collecting survey data using GPS systems, total stations, digital levels, etc.
• Maintaining accurate records of survey observations and calculations
• Preparing drawings, maps, reports, estimates for construction projects
• Assisting in surveys for boundary determination and topographical mapping
• Monitoring construction progress against the plans
• Investigating land titles to determine legal boundaries of properties
